How do I determine my ring size?
We will measure your finger size and help you to determine the correct size. You can also view the size guide on our website to get a general idea of ring sizes.
How long does it take to get a ring resized?
We will work with your schedule to make it convenient for you. We will call or text you once your ring is ready for pickup.
What to expect during the ring resizing process?
The band will be cut open to increase or decrease its size before soldering it back together. To reduce the size, we will cut out a strip from the ring to make it the perfect size, then solder the two ends together. To enlarge the size, we will cut the band first, add extra metal to increase the size, and then solder the metal with the two ends. During the process, if stones become loose due to resizing, we will tighten them at no additional cost. We will also polish and rhodium plate white gold rings after sizing to give them a "Platinum" like coating, thus making the white gold ring whiter to resemble platinum.
What if my ring can't be resized?
Some rings just can't be resized due to the design. We offer additional ring resizing options such as ring guards, sizing beads, sizing bar, etc. If you have a ring that can't be resized, reach out to one of our friendly repair coordinators. We'd be happy to work with you to find the best way to make it fit.
How much does it cost to resize a ring?
In order to give you an accurate price quote, we will need to take a look at the ring first. There is no one size fits all when it comes to pricing a ring resize. The cost of resizing a ring depends on the size, design, metal, number of stones, etc.
