Refund policy

Returns

Your online purchase may be returned or exchanged in stores or returned by mail within 30 days of the delivery date. Articles must be in original unworn condition and received instore within the 30 day window.  If your item has a "not returnable if removed" tag, the tag must be intact, uncut and unaltered.  Items that have wear, have had links removed, damaged, sized or changed from its original condition in anyway will not be refunded and are not returnable.  Items received back that are not in the original condition may incur a restocking fee up to the full amount paid.  Special order items, items altered at the client's request, and sale items are not returnable. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment. The charge for gift wrapping ($4.95) and shipping paid by the client are non-refundable.  After your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

To submit a request for a return or exchange:

  • Send us an email at hello@mybella.com and include Order ID, Billing Last Name, Email Address and Billing Zip Code. Also include Items and Quantity to Return, Reason to Return, and Desired Resolution (Return or Exchange). Please let us know if you would like us to provide a pre-paid return label (See return options below).
  • Your Return or Exchange Request will be reviewed within 24 business hours. Once approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.

Three Return Options:

  • Option 1: We provide you with a return shipping address and an RA number, and you ship the package back using the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend you insure your returned item for its full value. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.
  • Option 2: We provide a pre-paid return label, and you use the pre-paid label to send the product(s) back. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Option 3: You may return your online purchases at one of our store locations. The original receipt or confirmation email is required for the store to process your return.
